A Foodies' Culinary Journey

I have always been passionate about using the freshest foods for cooking delicious and nutritious meals.  In 2019, I started documenting my culinary journey and sharing advice with others.  Today, my loyal readers value Warrior to Table as a place to find tips and recipes for making holistic dietary changes that leave them feeling healthy and fit.

One of the most important things to me is that my readers believe in themselves as home cooks in their kitchen.  With a bit of dedication, anyone can make fabulous food that pleases their family and friends.

Ray Paul received his culinary training from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and is a member of the American Culinary Federation.  Ray also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master of Divinity (M.Div).  When Ray is not in the kitchen teaching, he serves as a full-time active duty ordained Presbyterian clergyman (Chaplain) and commissioned officer in the United States Army.
